Per Capita Energy Consumption
( More about this )
- Chart ranking states by per capita energy consumption shows it to be an almost perfect inverse of population density. Could be used in a course dealing with energy policy or as a crossover in many other course. Might be especially interesting, for instance, in a course about governing institutions at their consequences on policy using the uneven representation in the United States Senate and the uncertain future of the Cap-and-Trade climate bill to demonstrate the importance of institutions.
